By using this service, you accept the following terms. MailTMP does not offer any warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through MailTMP may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered and may be visible to ANY system administrator. You agree to access MailTMP data only through the MailTMP website.
You agree not to use MailTMP directly or indirectly for any illegal purpose. You agree that any email you send to MailTMP or that you induce on other sites will become public domain once it is received by MailTMP systems without any expectation of privacy for the content of the received email.
You agree not to use the MailTMP service to obtain, store or consult emails that include confidential or sensitive information. MailTMP does not exercise any supervision over the content that is deposited in the system-generated mailboxes. MailTMP does not allow you to send emails, only to receive them.
You agree not to hold MailTMP responsible for any damage caused by the loss of emails, the content of emails, damage or deterioration of your computer or any other system due to the direct or indirect use of the same.
MailTMP handles millions of email accounts so emails can be stored between 10 minutes and 24 hours depending on available resources. MailTMP will not have any ability to restore emails or domains once deleted.
You agree that the availability of domains may be subject to change without notice.
MailTMP functionality is free, but additional features are available in MailTMP PRO through a paid subscription.
You agree that MailTMP PRO uses the Stripe platform https://stripe.com/ for payment authorization and management. MailTMP PRO remains a temporary and disposable email service and not a traditional and fully functional email software.

MailTMP PRO allows you to obtain additional features and is billed as an automatically renewable subscription with the following prices:

Prices are in US dollars, may vary in countries other than the USA, and are subject to change without notice. The exact price in a specific country is available at the payment window and can be seen before the subscription is made. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The payment will be charged from your credit card or Paypal through the stripe.com platform when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing your account profile after purchase.
MailTMP PRO reserves the right to change its pricing terms for subscriptions at any time and MailTMP PRO will notify you in advance of any changes that occur. Changes in pricing terms will not be applied retroactively and will only apply to subscription renewals after the new pricing terms have been communicated. If you do not agree with the changes in the pricing terms of MaiTMP PRO, you can choose not to renew your subscription.
The user can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time by following the steps below, and will maintain access to the content until the expiration date of the subscription.

You agree not to condition your purchases on the receipt of any future functionality or features, nor on any public oral or written comment made by MailTMP about future functionality or features.
The services are provided "as is", without any kind of warranty. We do not offer any warranty that the services or products meet your requirements or are available uninterruptedly, securely, or without errors. We do not offer any warranty regarding the presence of specific names or domain addresses in the service, as well as on the email storage of emails already received.
You will compensate and hold harmless MailTMP and its officers, directors, workers, and agents, from any claim, dispute, demand, damage, loss, liability, including, without restriction, reasonable legal fees, arising from or in any way related to your access or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
By using our MailTMP, you accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use may be modified or updated at any time to adapt to changes, regulations, and legislation. The applicable and current Terms of Use are those existing on this site at the time of navigation.
